These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder", or "you") and 777game (hereinafter referred to as "777game", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777game.casa and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet on 777game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. • "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency used for deposits and withdrawals on the platform when transacting via local Malaysian payment methods.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, customer support, and any other features or functions made available by 777game via the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted, prohibited, or requires a specific local licence not held by 777game.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services provided by 777game, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777game strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are a natural person (an individual human being) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and categorically prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 777game or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by 777game for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You are registering the Account for your own personal recreational use only, not for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting in furtherance of any money laundering scheme, terrorist financing activity, or other financial crime as defined under applicable international law.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred currency. You must keep all registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances contained therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 777game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.4 Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your Account security settings.

As part of our obligations under international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, and to enforce our mandatory 21+ age requirement, 777game requires all Account holders to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.

5.1 Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: As above, provided the document clearly displays your date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: In certain circumstances, we may request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the e-wallet account showing your name).

5.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission during business days. In cases where additional checks are required, verification may take up to 5 business days. 777game will communicate any delays to the Player via the registered email address.

5.3 Refusal and Account Closure

777game reserves the right to refuse verification, suspend the Account, or close the Account if satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, or if the documentation provided fails to meet our verification standards. In such cases, any deposited real-money funds (excluding bonus-derived funds) will be returned to the original payment method subject to applicable processing conditions.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of 777game's compliance team.
• Where applicable, full completion of any wagering requirements associated with active or recently claimed bonus funds.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100 for fiat currency methods and the equivalent of RM 50 for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. Other methods may take 1–3 business days.

6.4 Currency

The platform's primary operating currency for Malaysian users is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit, as determined by 777game's internal rate mechanism. 777game does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for market fluctuations.

777game offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard rollover is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times).
• Maximum bet while bonus funds are active is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or bet. Exceeding the maximum bet during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward rollover; live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%.
• Bonus expiry windows are specified per promotion and range from 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum cash-out from bonus-funded play is typically capped at MYR 2,880 unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 777game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to void bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or manipulation.

All bets placed on the 777game platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant game or market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are final once confirmed. Results are determined based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event that a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the applicable sportsbook rules for that specific market. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football competitions follow standard Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay settlement rules as defined in the sportsbook rules section.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The house edge for each game is defined in the relevant game rules. RTP figures published on the platform are indicative and based on long-run statistical modelling; actual returns in any individual session may vary significantly. 777game does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, software failure, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 777game reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction or software error are not payable and will be void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777game platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical, electronic, or automated means to access or interact with the platform, including to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform software — any such vulnerability must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, coordinated bonus farming, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform for any financial crime purpose.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for any deposited funds. This will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery action for any winnings paid out against the disputed deposit.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your Account for any purpose.

777game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account holder does not meet the age eligibility requirement of 21 years.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Account holder against 777game.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777game reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposited funds (where not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional notifications that alert the Player when a pre-set session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. The 777game name, logo, and all associated marks are the trademarks of 777game. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777game, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 777game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777game does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

777game's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the claim, shall in no event exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777game holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, any complaint or dispute must be submitted in writing to the 777game support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 777game's licensing regime.

14.2 Malaysian Users

Malaysian users acknowledge that disputes arising from use of this platform are not subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian domestic courts. By registering an Account, Malaysian users expressly waive any claim to Malaysian regulatory oversight of any dispute with 777game.

777game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Account holders via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. Your continued use of the platform following publication of an updated version of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 10 and to cease all use of the platform.
